The registration procedure comprises the following simple steps for maximum privacy protection. All eAccount applicants must be current gas account holders.
- When you have filled in and submitted the Towngas eAccount registration form, an email will be sent to the email address you provided. Please follow the instructions in the email to confirm your registration.
- After we receive your confirmation, an acknowledgement letter for your eAccount will be sent to the mailing address of your gas account.
